SOLAR PANEL FRAMES:

Solar Panel Frames are our speciality. Due to the variations of solar panel frames across the industry, we can offer a wide variety of custom shapes needed for all different solar panel frames and structures. Solar panel frames will vary greatly in shapes, size and weights. For example, a solar frame will vary in strength based on its intended use and the weight of the panels it will hold. Since solar panel frames differ so often, they are the most intricate to produce as well as the most interesting. Your product designs are kept strictly confidential. Aluminium solar frames are made with the highest tolerances and great forming capabilities, to produce the excellent quality solar frame that we are accustomed to producing. This expertise is ready and at your disposal for high and low volume production quantities. we possess the capability of supplying more than 1000 solar frames per day. That makes us one of the highest producing facility in India.

ANODIZING :

As anodizing adds beauty and elegance to the products, we have procured expertise in anodizing (Simple as well as two electrolytic colour anodizing)

Which matches international standards. Anodizing is available in shades of Silver, Bronze, Black and Golden in Matte, Semi-Gloss and Glossy finish on architectural aluminium section anodizing varying from 5 microns to 25 microns coating thickness.

POWDER COATING :

Powder coating is available in a range of shades namely, Matte, Glossy, Semi- Gloss, Antique, Metallic and Rainbow finish. This Process is applicable and can be executed on all the metals, apart from just aluminium. Aluminium products with their unique characteristics are rising in both, industrial and residential worlds of interiors. With a social responsibility to save trees, Aluminum products are being accepted as a suitable substitute by one and all. It does not matter whether it is a hospital,  Laboratory, Hotel, Resort, Industry, Housing Complex or a Colony,  aluminum structures are found everywhere.

PARTITIONS :

Using the same materials that we use in doors, the partitions can be erected in two  types, viz (a) Fully Partitioned and (b) Cubicle Partitioned

VENTILATED RAINSCREEN CLADDING :

Dry clad stone Facades were developed to protect the building against the combine action of rain and wind by counter-balancing the effect of water beating on the wall and keeping the building dry, with high-level aesthetic characteristics and undisputed advantages of heat insulation and soundproofing. The dry cladding system is a mechanical securing system where no adhesive is necessary for its installation. The system serves as a mean of securing and supporting stone slabs by kerfs or back anchors. The system is articulated by the means of relevant fasteners separating the natural stone sheets with vertical and horizontal joints. The joints between the natural stone panel must always be open.

CURTAIN WALLING :

A Curtain wall is a very light external wall made of lightweight metal and glass panels and is a far more flexible alternative to concrete walling and it is easy to install, less expensive which also enhances the authentic appeal of the building. Use of Aluminum as the lightweight metal in creating a curtain walling is the most suitable option.

DOORS

Available with an option of plastic laminated sheets Aluminum sheet, full glass etc. with arrangement for locking. Full aluminium doors are also available that are in use nowadays for pharmaceutical and chemical companies.

Openable Window

Available in 3/4” series. 1” series,  R” series. 

LOUVERS

Louver is a window blind or shutter with horizontal slats that are angled to admit light and air, but to keep out rain and direct sunshine. The angle of the slats may be adjustable, usually in blinds and windows, or fixed. Both fixed, as well as movable louvers are available.
